Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation Proudly Presents: Fight For Hope Group.
Aaron Letendre, Abby Alexis, Maddison Potts, Hazel Waskewitch, Shiloh Potts, and Paxton Kootenay.
"Fight For Hope" is an original music video created by a group of Stoney youth from Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation in Alberta. It packs a hard hitting message of overcoming the struggle of addiction, the path towards healing and a return to ceremony, culture and prayer.

Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation Celebrate Beginning Of Construction Of A New School With Sod Turning Ceremony

Today, the Honourable Seamus O'Regan, Minister of Indigenous Services, joined Chief Tony Alexis to participate in a sod turning ceremony at Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation in Alberta. This event marks the official start of construction of the new junior-senior high school in the community.

With the help of Jason Kenney, the harm would continue with his plan to scrap the Climate Leadership Plan.
